LeadOut By Example – celebrating the heroes of club cycling
Copenhagen Bike Show is a partner of LeadOut By Example. The project was started by Cikkel Copenhagen and Michael Mørkøv to put the spotlight on the volunteers who carry Danish club cycling – the coaches, the ride leaders and the people who are always there.
The winner is celebrated on stage at Copenhagen Bike Show 2027. And the whole club is invited: Up to 10 frontline volunteers get VIP access, and up to 100 club members get free day tickets.
The winner also gets a visit from Michael Mørkøv at the club, prizes and a framed diploma.
Nominate before October 31, 2026. The winner is announced in November 2026.
