Bo Hamburger

3 ways to improve your speed on your bike
– WITHOUT spending more time !

Many people think that when you want to get better on the bike, you have to spend all your free time on it and live like a cyclist on the way to the Tour de France.

My more than 40 years of experience tells me something else…

It’s about structure, goal and motivation.

My mottos: # altteller and # 3gangeomugen work for everyone.

You need to do most of what motivates you and less of what does not.

Alex Pedersen

Grand Départ – The Tour is coming to Denmark

As everyone knows, the Tour de France will come to Copenhagen and Denmark this summer.

The man who – more than anyone else – made it a success is Alex Pedersen, who today is spokesman of the Grand Départ Copenhagen Denmark 2022, which is responsable for the organization of the Tour de France stages in Denmark.

Alex has struggled for 8 years to get the project across the finish line, and he will talk about the process from idea to realization, a little about the route and the considerations behind it, as well as what will happen in the time leading up July 1.

There will of course be an opportunity to ask Alex questions after his presentation.

What is the significance of the position on the bike?

Meet someone who can talk to you about this! Danish Caroline Braad Hansen is one of the world’s strongest female ultra riders and a doctor at Odense University Hospital.

In 2021, she took the silver medal at the World Championships 24-hour race. Hear how to combine large amounts of training with a full-time job and how the position and work with this is crucial.

Caroline tells together with Mads Frank, bike fitter and coach at the Frank Institute of Sports about how the work with her position and training has moved Caroline from beginner to long distance rider under 3 years.

The Cycling Boyz

A “small” trip on the bicycle (24.391 km)

Most people know them as the two bike boys from Fredericia.

But the real persons are the long-haired dude Nicklas Flenø Mikaelsen and the little fair-haired guy Emil Fammé Hansen.

The cycling boys are two healthy young boys of 23 years. They live and breathe for the positive outlook on life and always wear the “yes-hat”. They themselves say that they are perhaps the earth’s greatest competitors and very determined.

And then they had a little bike ride, where they covered 24,391 kilometers

You may also know them as the winners of season 5 of “Alone in the Wilderness”, where they came out victorious after 32 days alone in the Norwegian wilderness by Lake Altevatn.

Come and hear their incredible story of the bicycle ride of a lifetime at Copenhagen Bike Show 2022

CUSTOM HANDMADE BICYCLES

Hand-built frames since 2006.

All these years it has been essential for them to reach the heart of the bike and make a product that does not compromise on function, fit, riding characteristics and durability. Therefore, the choice falls on producing even in both steel and titanium.

It stands in stark contrast to the great global mass production, to build completely unique bicycles, slowly and thoroughly for a long life.

In this lecture, Ari will talk both about the technical backgrounds of production, but also about personal stories behind this special profession.
